I was born December 20, 1988, in a nominal Christian family in India. From childhood, I was very zealous in attending Sunday school, youth meetings, and other spiritual programs. However, I did not learn the importance of leading a Christ-centered life.
In my growing up years, I developed many bad habits influenced by my friends. Eventually I became disobedient and rebellious. I was hooked to many sinful practices. While groping in darkness, I realized the fact that my life had no meaning. Totally depressed, I always fought with others, sometimes for no particular reason.
In the meantime, I attended a service in the local believers’ church. There, while the pastor was sharing from the Word of God, I was deeply convicted of my wretchedness. The pastor expounded the Biblical truth to me, and he encouraged me to read the Bible regularly.
While reading the Bible, the Holy Spirit opened my inner eyes to realize the truth in a deeper way. Soon, I confessed my sins and received Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. From then on, drastic changes happened, and I experienced peace and joy in my life for the first time. Later, on April 27, 2006 I was baptized in water as a public testimony of my faith.
As I started to lead a godly life, I often felt that God was asking me to take the Good News to the perishing souls in Jharkhand. The more I prayed for God’s will to be revealed, the more I was convinced of the fact that I had to serve Him full time. As the Lord clearly confirmed His call upon me to do His ministry, I committed myself completely to obey His call and work for the furtherance of His kingdom. Soon, I joined a GFA Bible School. After equipping myself in the Word, I continued to serve the Lord with Gospel for Asia ministries.
Present Ministry:
I am an evangelist, witnessing the love of my Savior mainly among the Hindus who are the majority in India. Besides church planting, I involve in Gospel-tract distribution, personal evangelism and home-prayer fellowships to win souls for the Lord.

Conversion Experience:
I was born November 8, 1988, in a nominal Christian family in India. I have two brothers and a sister. From childhood I was regular in attending church services and Sunday school. Nevertheless, my understanding about Jesus was shallow.
In order to give me good education, my parents enrolled me in a Christian boarding school where I studied upto the tenth grade. While I was staying there, I had plenty of opportunities to hear about Jesus Christ and His love from my godly teachers. The daily devotions, the Scriptural teachings and moral discipline helped me to develop my personality.
When I returned home after my studies, I befriended a bad company of friends who led me away from the discipline that I had received from the Christian school. I spent my days with them indulging in sinful activities and consuming alcohol. Soon, I became a leader of that gang.
My ungodly lifestyle broke my mother’s heart completely. One night, she tearfully told me that I was very special to her and my wicked way of life would eventually kill her. Her advice and caution made me desperate. I silently went to my room and started pondering over my life. Meanwhile, the Lord spoke to my heart in a very special way and gave me a desire to seek the help of a pastor in our village. Since then, I maintained a good friendship with the pastor who showed me the way of salvation and eternal life. As the truth convinced me of my need of the Savior, I opened my heart to Jesus and received Him as my personal Savior.
My heart was overwhelmed with great peace and joy. I discarded my old way of life and started to live for my Redeemer. Before long, by joining a believers’ church, I underwent the waters of baptism. As time went by, my faith in the Lord increased, and I experienced God’s presence wonderfully. During this period, my Savior called me for His glorious ministry. I wholeheartedly committed myself to the divine call, and to equip myself for the great task, I joined a Gospel For Asia Bible school. Later, I continued to serve God with Gospel for Asia ministries.
Present Ministry:
I work for the Lord as an evangelist in India, where the majority are Hindus. To reach the unreached, I involve in personal evangelism, house visitation, home-prayer meetings, Gospel-literature distribution and church-planting ministry.

Conversion Experience:
I was born June 29, 1989, in a Hindu family in India. We are twelve members in our family. As per the norms of my religion, I faithfully worshipped many gods and goddesses. In order to please them and obtain blessings, I offered fruits and observed every ritual fervently. However, I did not achieve any good from the deities, rather I was subjected to pain and sufferings. I lost hope in our gods, and I began to live without any purpose in life.
One day a man of God came to me and shared the Gospel, but I did not take it seriously. A few days later, I was afflicted with severe fever. While I was confined to my sickbed, I began to recollect the words of the pastor who had shared God’s love with me. There was no way to contact him either. However, the pastor happened to come home and prayed for me. That very moment, God healed me completely. Without any hesitance, I heard the Gospel that the pastor shared. Soon, I was convicted that I was a sinner. With a penitent heart, I confessed my sins to Jesus and received Him as my personal Savior. In the following days, I went through the waters of baptism in obedience to my Master’s commandment.
I was filled with heavenly peace and joy the moment Christ entered my life. Earlier I was creating problems at home, but after knowing Jesus I began to bring the message of hope and peace to my family. My heart which was set on earthly things now began to look for the heavenly blessings. The Lord made me a channel of blessing, and I experienced His presence each and every moment. In course of time, my family also came to know the living God in their lives.
My fellowship with the believers in the church enriched me spiritually. As I listened to the sermons, I became more interested to learn the Word. Hence, I started to pray for God’s guidance. Meanwhile, my Savior burdened my heart to reach the people who are living in spiritual darkness and called me for His ministry. I humbly surrendered myself to the divine call and enrolled in a Gospel For Asia Bible school. Later, being equipped in the Scripture, I joined Gospel for Asia ministries in order to serve my Savior in an effective manner.
Present Ministry:
I serve the Lord as an evangelist in the Hindu-dominated land of India. To win the lost for Christ, I share His love personally, visit houses, hold prayer meetings in homes, distribute Gospel tracts and organize Sunday school. I also involve in church-planting work.

Conversion Experience:
I was born August 28, 1989, in a Hindu family in India. I have parents, a sister and a brother. My father is a carpenter and mother is helping him in all the related works. In order to keep up our forefathers’ traditions, we worshipped several idols as gods and goddesses at home and strictly observed all the rituals in the temple.
Moreover, in order to please our deities, we often visited several pilgrimages and performed special rituals. However, our hearts were empty all the time and there was no happiness at home. Gradually, I began to have a great emptiness deep down in my heart and there was no satisfaction in me no matter what I did. As years passed, I began to be tormented by the powers of darkness and suffered greatly.
Though my parents took me to many Hindu priests and witch doctors, nothing good resulted in my condition. Slowly, my health began to deteriorate and my parents were worried about me. Even though they tried their best in every possible way, all their efforts were in vain. It was in this situation, there came a believer who brought a pastor to our home and requested him to pray for my recovery. To our amazement, I was totally delivered from the bondage when he prayed. This miraculous event was a great turning point in our lives to know the real God and from then on we began to attend the church activities without fail. Soon, we were convicted of our sinful lives through the hearing of the Word, and confessing our sins along with our family members I too received Jesus as my personal Savior.
Instantly, our hearts were filled with inexpressible joy and peace that we had never felt before. I then set apart more time in God’s presence, praying and meditating on the Word. Gradually, I grew in the knowledge of the Lord and my faith in Him was strengthened. Before long, I testified my faith in Christ by being baptized in water. As days went by, a great desire grew in my heart to study the Word and to do the ministry. Through fervent time spent in prayer I was confirmed of the calling, and I enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be trained for fulfilling the Great Commission.
Present Ministry:
At present, I am serving the Lord as a Bible woman among the Hindu majority in India. To win the lost I pass out Gospel tracts, visit houses and do personal evangelism. I also organize home-prayer meetings, women’s fellowships and Sunday school.

I was born in a Hindu family in India. I have parents, four sisters and three brothers. My father is a farmer and my mother takes care of the household activities. During my childhood I was very devout and lived a pious life. As a family we were very religious and offered sacrifices to appease them. But after I reached adolescence, I did not keep a personal touch with our deities and my perspective towards religiosity changed. Yet, deep down in my heart, I longed to know about the reality of life.
One day, while excavating the ground, accidentally I fell inside and within few minutes I was totally covered in the soil. Though I tried my best to come out of it, I was helpless and began to face difficulty to breathe. Knowing that I was at the verge of death, I was reminded of a Christian television program where I heard, Jesus, the living God who is ever-present to help us in times of trouble. Without further delay I called out the name of the Lord and suddenly, somebody reached me and took me out of the pit. Suddenly, I realized that I was miraculously rescued.
Then on, I began to attend church and the pastor helped me to understand the Biblical truth. Through constant listening, I realized that by receiving Jesus as my Savior, I would become a child of God. The transforming power of the Lord came up on me, and I recognized that I was a sinner. With a contrite heart, I confessed my sins and received Jesus as my personal Savior. My heart was filled with inexpressible joy and peace that I had never experienced. Not long after, I underwent water baptism as a public declaration of my faith.
Eventually, I maintained a good relationship with my Savior by spending time with Him in prayer and meditating on the Word. While reading the Scripture, I felt the need of taking the Gospel to the unreached. In the subsequent days, I perceived the call of God and enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to learn the Word in-depth.
Present Ministry:
At present, I am serving the Lord as an evangelist in India, where the majority of the people are Hindus. To share the love of God, I go for visiting houses, distributing tracts, evangelizing personally and holding home-prayer meetings. Also, I am pioneering church-planting ministry.

I was born March 1, 1989, in a Hindu family in Uttar Pradesh, India. I have parents and four brothers. My father worked hard on the farm to provide us our daily needs. From childhood, I helped my father along with my siblings. I discontinued my studies after the tenth grade and was fully involved in the farm works. In spite of all these difficulties, I worshipped many gods and goddesses and observed rituals to obtain blessings from them. The more I was involved in religious things, the greater I was discouraged.
Once, I was afflicted with a severe sickness. Seeing my suffering, my parents were broken and they took me to a witch doctor in order to perform sorcery for my healing. As witchcraft could not heal me, they spent a huge sum of money for medical treatment too. Their efforts went in vain and they did not know how to help me to come out of my suffering.
In the meantime, my father happened to see a pastor distributing Gospel tracts and preaching the Gospel to the villagers. As the pastor’s words gave hope, my father asked him to come home and pray for me. Immediately he came home and encouraging us to trust in the Lord, he prayed for me in Jesus’ name. Instantly, God touched me, and I was healed miraculously. All of us in the family started to praise and glorify His name.
From that day, our home was opened for prayer fellowship. The pastor frequently came and taught us from the Word. Gradually, we understood Christ’s sacrificial love for us. As a family, we confessed our sins and received Him as our personal Savior. Being heirs of God’s kingdom, we continued to worship Him by joining a believers’ church. Very soon, we testified our faith publicly through water baptism.
I was very grateful to the Lord for His wonderful work in my life. I decided to follow my Savior all through my life and set aside time for personal prayer and meditation. As I was growing in the Lord, my pastor encouraged me through the Word to commit myself for the ministry. While I was praying and seeking God’s guidance, He confirmed my call to serve Him full time. Humbly surrendering myself to the call of my Master, I enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be equipped to serve Him effectively.
Present Ministry:
With great joy, I serve the Lord as an evangelist among the Hindu majority in Uttar Pradesh, India. I share the message of love and salvation with the lost through various activities such as personal evangelism, house visitation, home-prayer meetings, Gospel-tract distribution and Sunday school. I was born May 27, 1984, in a believers’ family in Bangladesh. My mother passed away when I was young. My father is a farmer. I have two brothers and two sisters. Along with my siblings, I too daily went to church and attended all the spiritual activities. However, I failed to maintain a personal relationship with God.
Days and years rolled by. I was content with just attending church programs. I neither had a longing to know more about the Word nor His will. One day, the Lord’s intervention came to me in a very special way.
A special meeting was held in the church and a guest was invited to minister from the Word. The servant of God shared from the Word very powerfully. As I listened to him, I clearly understood that unless I acknowledge Jesus as my personal Savior, I would never inherit eternal life. I realized how important it is to have an intimate relationship with the Lord.
Convicted of my sins, I asked the Lord to cleanse me in His precious blood. Having confessed all my sins, I received Jesus into my heart. When Christ began to reign in me, I enjoyed His peace and happiness in a greater measure. My spiritual life was also deeply nourished. Meanwhile, I publicly testified the Lord in water baptism.
Overwhelmed with the joy of salvation, I committed myself to work for the glory of God for the rest of my days. I earnestly sought the Lord’s plan for me. The Lord in His time helped me perceive His call upon me to serve Him full time. Soon, with a genuine commitment and vision to serve the Lord, I enrolled in a Bible school. After undergoing training in missions, I joined Gospel for Asia ministries and am now serving the Lord wholeheartedly.
Present Ministry:
I am an evangelist preaching the life-giving Gospel mainly among the Muslims in Bangladesh. The different means through which I share the Good News are door-to-door evangelism, Gospel-tract distribution and personal evangelism. I also involve in church-planting work.

I was born February 16, 1984, into a believers’ family in India. From a very young age, I was taught to live an exemplary life. My parents always made me attend Sunday school read the Word and pray every day. I was not hesitant to obey them for I enjoyed reading the stories of the Bible.
However, when I reached adolescence, my parents approached me with the importance of receiving Jesus into my life. I ignored them Sadly, that day I involved in a fight with my friends also as they witnessed about Jesus. I responded very angrily towards them, but, I refrained from telling the reason behind my outburst. From that day on, my life began to spiral down. I became more irritable, unhappy and confused.
As the years went by, I began to keep away from others. I despised involving in spiritual activities, but to please my parents I went to church. In the meantime, my parents were praying for my salvation. I thought their prayers were in vain, but the Lord who was sensitive to my parents’ cries, answered their prayers.
One day I heard an evangelist sharing about God’s gift of eternal life in the church. The examples he shared were not new but the way he presented it was new to me. For the first time I heard about God’s gift of salvation from the sins of this world. Tears began to stream down my eyes when I realized on what I had missed so much in life. I went home and talked with my parents, and I said that I wanted to know more about Christian living. With great joy in their hearts, they explained the importance of receiving Jesus into my life. I was only too happy to ask Jesus to accept me as His child.
Then, as a public testimony of my faith I received water baptism. Very soon the Lord confirmed His call upon my life. As a result I enrolled in a Bible school. After equipping myself in the Word, I joined Gospel for Asia ministries in order to become more effective in God’s service.
Present Ministry:
As an evangelist working among the Buddhist majority in India. I strive to bring the lost back to the Lord Jesus Christ. I achieve this by distributing tracts, house visiting, evangelizing personally, sharing about God wherever I go and planting churches.

I was born December 13, 1987, into a believers’ family in India. Since my parents had the knowledge of the Word they followed the godly principles sincerely. I even involved in Sunday school, youth meeting and all spiritual activities of the church. Nevertheless, I did not have a personal relationship with Jesus.
A Gospel team came to our place and organized a meeting. The teams’ aim was to spread the Good News to the people around. Moreover I had the habit of attending such meetings to pass the time, so I went for this meeting also. As usual the music was superb, and I enjoyed it. After hearing the songs, I was about to leave, but I made up my mind to stay back. That day the words spoken touched my life.
Convicted of my sins, with a broken heart at once I confessed my sins. Thereafter, I received Jesus as my personal Savior. Immediately, immense joy, peace and happiness filled my heart. From then on, life was totally different. Moreover, in the past, I believed that the only way to find joy, peace and happiness were by doing good deeds.
Therefore, I was amazed as well as happy because I had found a new meaning to live after I received Jesus as my Savior. From then onward, I have a burning desire to serve the Lord and study His Word. Moreover, not long before, I went through the waters of baptism as a public testimony of my faith.
Furthermore, I waited upon the Lord and was confirmed of my call. Also I do have a burden to share the Gospel to the people who do not know the Lord Jesus. To equip myself, I decided to join a Bible school. At present, I am serving the Lord with Gospel for Asia ministries.

I am working as an evangelist in India, where the majority are Buddhists. I work among youths, distribute Gospel tracts, visit houses and also involve in social work. Besides, I also do church-planting work.

Conversion Experience:
I was born January 12, 1974, into a Hindu family in Nepal. My father earned a living by farming. Being very religious, he visited the temple every day and bowed before many gods and goddesses. Though I was not interested, my father forced me to worship many idols and observe the rituals and customs of our religion.
During the year 1992 I got married. I was very happy with my husband and as time passed by, we were blessed with three children. I fulfilled all my duties as a Hindu wife and a mother. My home resembled a shrine as we hung the pictures of gods and goddesses on the walls and performed rituals daily.
In the course of time, my husband heard the Gospel from a Christian. He brought home a Gospel booklet which the missionary had given to him. My husband read the pamphlet during the night, and I saw him thinking very deeply. I wondered what was happening to him. The next day, he told me that he had come to the conclusion that Jesus is the only true God. Thereafter, being convinced of the truth, he invited Jesus to be his Lord and Savior.
I was very angry and asked him why he was crazy after this religion. I felt ashamed of my husband being a Christian and the whole night I was wondering what our friends and neighbors would think about us. My husband was firm in his decision to follow Jesus and he even started to go to church regularly and received water baptism. Since then, his own family began to oppose him. However, his faith in Jesus challenged me.
My husband kept on sharing the Gospel to me. He told me that Jesus is the living God and also explained that He had died on the cross for my sins. After listening to him several times, I was convicted of my lost state and of Christ’s love for me. Before long, on November 20, 2000, I gave my heart to Jesus and welcomed Him into my life as my personal Savior. Later on, I was baptized in water.
Since then, I personally experienced God’s love for me and His peace and joy filled my heart. Meanwhile, my husband who had already resigned his job and gave his life for the service of the Lord encouraged me to serve God. I dedicated myself to the ministry of my Master and being assured of the high call, I enrolled in a Bible school to equip myself in the Word. After my training, I joined Gospel for Asia ministries in order to serve the Lord in a better way.
Present Ministry:
I am working for the Lord as a Bible woman in the Hindu land of Nepal. Besides working among women and children, I involve in personal evangelism, house visitation and Gospel-literature distribution.

Conversion Experience:
I was born into a Hindu family in India. Staunch in our faith, we worshipped many gods and goddesses. Besides observing rituals at home, we visited temples regularly and prayed for blessings and peace. While growing up we heard about Jesus from the Christians who lived in our village, but we did not take it seriously. We thought that Jesus is the God of Christians.
Once all of a sudden my brother became sick. We immediately took him to a doctor who tried his best to help him. To our discouragement, his sickness did not subside and we did not know what to do for him. As we heard that the God of Christians can heal the sick, we invited the pastor and believers in our village to pray for him. Without any hesitation, the believers came to our home and prayed for my brother sincerely. Amazingly, he was healed completely.
This miraculous incident helped us to believe that Jesus is the true and living God. As a family, we gave our hearts to Jesus and received Him as our personal Savior and Lord. Since then, we regularly attended a believers’ church and worshipped the Almighty God. Gradually, through the Scriptural teaching, we realized the importance of obeying the Lord’s commandment and thus went through the water baptism.
My spiritual life was nourished as I spent time to pray and study the Word. Moreover, I was greatly inspired by hearing the preaching of the pastor. Growing in the knowledge of the Lord, I developed an earnest desire to proclaim His love to people who have not yet heard of it. While seeking God’s guidance, He confirmed His call on my life for ministry. Without further delay, I committed myself to fulfill His plan and joined a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be equipped for the task ahead. According to the guidance of the Lord Holy Spirit, after my graduation, I joined with Gospel for Asia ministries to build His kingdom enormously.
Present Ministry:
Privileged to serve the Lord, I work as an evangelist in India, where the majority are Hindus. To win the lost for Christ, I share the Gospel personally, visit houses, hold home-prayer meetings, distribute tracts and also involve in church-planting work.
Please pray that the Lord would use me mightily to proclaim His everlasting love to the hundreds of perishing souls in our land.

Conversion Experience:
I was born January 14, 1989, in a Hindu family in India. I have two brothers and a sister, and I am the youngest. When I was fourteen, my father passed away. We worshipped innumerable number of gods and goddesses and observed religious rituals to achieve peace and salvation. But we did not receive joy nor peace.
During those days we had only struggles and difficulties at home. My father who was working as a driver with the police spent all his income on alcohol. He was never bothered of providing us even our daily meals. My mother was greatly worried and being helpless she decided to end her life.
One day she took my siblings and me to the railway track in order to commit suicide. But before leaving home, she just prayed to Jesus about whom she had heard sometime ago. While we were about to head to end our lives, we heard a knock on the door. To our surprise, a postman was standing with a money order that my father had sent for us. Giving up her suicidal plan, she decided to live for Him. Later, she received Christ as her personal Savior.
Amidst difficulties, my mother experienced the joy of knowing the Lord. She encouraged us to believe in Jesus and live for Him. As I was influenced by her life, I listened to her carefully and also accompanied her to church. Gradually, the Word convinced me of my need of the Savior. Soon, I gave my heart to Jesus and invited Him to be my personal Savior. Shortly after, I testified my Lord publicly through water baptism.
I was unable to express the joy that I received afterward. I enthusiastically attended every Christian program and heard the Gospel messages regularly. In a prayer meeting, the pastor preached about the need of witnessing God’s love to the lost by expounding the verse, ‘harvest is plentiful, but laborers are few.’ On listening to him, I felt that the Lord was speaking to me to commit my life for the ministry. I decided to serve God and started accompanying the pastor to different villages for evangelism. In course of time, my pastor encouraged me to undergo a theological training in order to be effective in the ministry. Guided by the Holy Spirit, I then enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to equip myself in the Word.
Present Ministry:
I am working for the Lord as an evangelist in the Hindu-dominated villages of India. To win the lost for Christ, I do personal evangelism, visit houses, hold home-prayer meetings, distribute Gospel literature and pray for the sick. I also involve in church-planting work.

Conversion Experience:
I was born May 7, 1989, in a Hindu family in India. I have a younger brother. My father was an alcoholic, and all his earnings were spent on liquor. My grandma and mother were greatly worried of his addiction. Being a born-again Christian, my grandma started praying for him incessantly with much faith. The Lord changed my father and made him a new man. My parents gave their hearts to Jesus and received Him as their personal Savior. Later, my dad committed his life for the ministry and now serves the Lord as a pastor.
The transition happened when I was in my teens. Afterward my parents encouraged me to live for Christ, but I did not heed to them. Being a youth, I started to work in a shop in the city of Mumbai, which was famous for notorious works. Soon, I made friends with people who were involved in bad habits. There was no one to correct or look after me, so I took it for granted and came home only at late nights.
Knowing my wayward life, my mother once spent some time with me, narrating the painful events that she underwent during the initial days of her marriage and how the Lord changed my father. She then advised me to give up my sinful ways and attend church with them. Her words began to work within me, and I decided to attend church services.
One day, while sitting in the corner of the church and listening to the message, I felt that the Lord was speaking to my heart. As I was convicted of my sins, I started to cry aloud. I then asked Jesus to forgive me and asked Him to come into my heart and be my personal Savior. Immediately I felt a great relief within, and I was filled with immense joy and peace. Shortly, I testified my faith publicly in water baptism.
Time went by, I was moved by seeing my father’s passion and love for the Lord. I decided that I would also serve God who saved my life from the perils of sin. While seeking divine guidance, the Lord confirmed me of His call for the ministry. Soon, I enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be equipped for a great harvest.
Present Ministry:
With great joy, I serve the Lord as an evangelist in India. To reach the Hindu majority, I share the Gospel personally, visit houses, hold home-prayer meetings, distribute tracts and also involve in church-planting work.
Please pray for me that I would fulfill God’s plan to expand His kingdom.

Conversion Experience:
I was born May 19, 1990, in a nominal Christian family in India. I have two sisters. My childhood was painful. When I was quite young, my mother passed away. Afterward my father did not care about us, but went his own way. It was then that my aunt who had compassion on us came and took my sisters and me along with her. She provided us all our needs. But as days passed, I began to run after the world, not trusting the Lord. Gradually, I was deeply depressed without having peace in my heart.
One day a Believers Church pastor came to our village and started to work for the Lord. I heard him singing songs and preaching the Gospel. I joined the crowd and began to listen to him. While sharing about God’s love, it touched my heart. I realized that the Lord loves me and died on the cross to redeem me from my sins.
Till that day I was contemplating suicide due to my depressed life. But when the Word worked within me, I gave up my suicidal plans and started to trust God. Then and there, I asked Jesus to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. Instantly, I was filled with joy and peace. As a new creation, I then joined a believers’ church to worship the Almighty God and soon testified Him publicly in water baptism.
Drawing closer to my Savior, I deeply longed to learn His Word and proclaim His love to those who have never heard of Him. When the Lord confirmed my calling, I enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be equipped for the ministry.
Present Ministry:
It is my joy to serve God as a Bible woman in India. To reach the Hindu majority, I involve in activities such as witnessing personally, visiting houses, distributing Gospel tracts and teaching in Sunday school. Besides this, I work among women and organize Bible study groups.
Please pray that the Lord would mold me into an effective vessel, proclaiming His love to the lost at any cost.

I was born December 3, 1985, in a believers’ family in India. I have parents and one younger brother. When I was young, my parents sent me to attend Sunday school regularly, and I involved in the church activities enthusiastically. So, I was able to grow up in the fear of the Lord and in His love.
From my childhood onward, I maintained a good relationship with the Lord. As my parents taught us to trust in the Lord for every need, I was able to know the Lord more personally from my early age itself. God had enabled me to choose between good and bad and to walk in His ways. As I knew the Lord very intimately I received Jesus as my personal Savior and received water baptism as a public testimony of my faith.
By the grace of God, I was a bright student in my school. While I was in the twelfth grade, God showed me clearly that He was calling me to do His ministry. But my parents and friends were hoping that after my studies I will go for secular job and will support the family. So, I was afraid to share about God’s calling with my parents. But when they came to know about my decision, they were very happy and encouraged me to obey God’s voice.
When my friends and relatives knew about my decision to go for ministry, they mocked at me. With a discouraged heart I went to the Lord’s presence and asked a sign from the Lord to confirm His calling. I said to God, ‘if I get good marks in exams, I will serve you’. I studied well and with much prayer I waited for God’s will to happen. To my surprise, I got very good marks. With a grateful heart I dedicated my life for God’s ministry. The Lord became very real to me. Regardless of the mocking of my friends and relatives, I joined a Gospel for Asia Bible School to earn more knowledge in the Word for an effective ministry.
Present Ministry:
At present, I am serving the Lord as a Bible woman in India, where the majority of the people are Hindus. To share the love of God with them, I go for tract distribution, house visitation, counseling and evangelizing women on a personal basis. Besides I also involve in children’s ministry.

I was born June 12, 1987, in a believers’ family, in India. Since I was from a godly home I happened to attend Sunday school, youth meeting and all the church activities regularly. My parents nurtured me the Word everyday. I was trained to live an upright life and was encouraged to read the Word and pray.
Since I innocently followed everything that was taught, as I grew up, I lost my interest in Jesus. I along with my friends started to enjoy the world and its perishable desires. My love for God was lost somewhere in between. The more I went away from God, the more I faced problems in my personal life. I was seized by malaria and bedridden for a long time. Nothing could heal me. Rather, I was becoming weak day after day.
At this time my parents took me to a Gospel meeting. That evening after sharing the Gospel, the preacher prayed for the sick. He specifically called out my name and prayed for me to be healed. I was amazed, as I too was asking the Lord to make me well. That moment I felt the divine touch in my body and made me to experience the healing power of God. I am sure that it was His mighty hand that touched me and healed me completely. After this incident, once again my faith in God was increased.
Then on I was willing to change myself to become a true follower of Christ. I confessed my sins before God and received Jesus as my Savior and Lord. As my spiritual life was growing rapidly, I willingly was baptized in water as a public testimony of my faith.
My life was changed entirely and I left all my bad habits. God enabled me to love Him more than ever before. I was able to feel divine presence always. While my life was in this manner, gradually I came to know that God was calling me to be a witness for Him among the unreached people. As I was praying for an opportunity to equip myself in the Word, God opened a way for me to join a Gospel for Asia Bible School.
Present Ministry:
At present, I am serving the Lord as a Bible woman in India. Hindus dominate my working area. To bring them to the saving knowledge of Christ, I hand out Gospel tracts, hold prayer meeting for women and minister to the children.

I was born in a believers’ family in India. Even though my upbringing was in a godly home, I did not live according to the Christian teaching. For namesake, I went to church and participated in its activities. I had no fear of the Lord, and so I involved in various bad habits that were not approved by the society.
Once, a Gospel meeting was held in our church where a renowned man of God was invited for preaching the Word. As a youth in the church, I involved in making all the arrangements. During one evening, the pastor spoke about the story of the prodigal son mentioned in the Bible. He beautifully explained the story and then proceeded talking about how the heavenly Father would forgive us though we were sinful and unfaithful to Him.
The Word of God spoke to my heart mightily. I began to ponder over my life. That evening, when the pastor gave an altar call to receive Christ, many people responded. I also surrendered my life to the Lord. I moved to the front to pray, and with tears confessed my sins to Jesus and received Him as my personal Savior. The pastor laid his hands on me and prayed for me. That very moment, I felt unspeakable joy in my heart, and I started a new life with Jesus. Later, I was baptized in water, testifying my faith publicly.
As a new creation, I developed a prayer life and spent considerable time for meditating the Word. I then started praying for the Lord for His will to be done in my life. During this period, a pastor who visited our church challenged the young people to commit their lives for the ministry. I was very happy on hearing the message, and I wholeheartedly dedicated myself to serve my Savior. Confirmed of God’s call, I enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to equip myself in the Word.
Present Ministry:
It is among the majority of Hindus in India that I serve the Lord as an evangelist. My ministry includes visiting houses, distributing Gospel tracts, holding home-prayer meetings, organizing Sunday school and planting churches.

Conversion Experience:
I was born March 3, 1990, into a Hindu family in Assam, India. My father a temple priest who offered sacrifices and performed all the rituals on behalf of the people. Being brought up in such an atmosphere, I was taught to worship numerous gods and goddesses and observe all the ceremonial practices. Yet, there was no happiness in our family, and we were facing problems and difficulties one after the other.
Some years later, I was afflicted with a severe sickness and suffered greatly. Though my father tried his best to cure me by chanting prayers to gods and offering animal sacrifices to the deities, there was no sign of recovery in my condition. He then took me to the hospital and the doctors diagnosed me, but they also failed in their efforts. Day after day, my condition worsened and there was no hope for me to survive. So the doctors asked my parents to take me home.
When I was brought home, my mother happened to hear from our neighbors saying that there was a pastor who would pray for the sick. With an assurance of getting healed, my mom went to the pastor’s home and requested him to pray for me. He then came home and prayed for me earnestly and assured me that Jesus would heal me soon. The very next day, I felt better in my condition and rushed to the pastor, and told him what I had experienced.
He then began sharing with me about the sacrificial death that Jesus had paid for us on the cross to redeem us from our sins. As he was sharing, the Holy Spirit began working in my heart and made me realize that I must invite Him to my heart to dwell. After the sharing as he began to pray, I also joined him and cried to the Lord to forgive my sins. With a grateful heart I received Jesus as my personal Savior and experienced the divine peace in me.
With much enthusiasm I started attending church and prayer meetings regularly. When my parents came to know that I became a Christian, they told me to leave home. I was frustrated, but the Lord was faithful to me to provide for my needs. I stayed in one of our believers’ home and started accompanying the pastor in all the activities of the church. Meanwhile, I was baptized in water as a public testimony of my faith. Gradually, I grew in the knowledge of the Lord and the desire to study the Word increased in me. Through fervent time spent in prayer I was confirmed of God’s calling and enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be well prepared for fulfilling the Great Commission.
Present Ministry:
Currently, I reach out to the lost with the love of Jesus as an evangelist among the unreached Hindus in Assam, India. To win the lost I am involved in distributing Gospel tracts, witnessing from house to house and doing personal evangelism. I also organize home-prayer meetings, youth and children’s ministry.

I was born April 16, 1989, into a nominal Christian family in India. I have parents, three brothers and a sister. Though we called ourselves Christians, we seldom attended church and did not give much priority to the Biblical principles.
As I grew older, I did not know much about Christ and lived a worldly life. I was always found in a wrong group of friends. I enjoyed myself with them in various bad ways, but none of those things could satisfy me. I began to feel empty deep down in my heart and became gloomy. Since there was no one to guide me in the right path, I kept this feeling within me and was unable to lead a peaceful life.
One day, with much frustration within I went to church to listen God’s Word. The powerful words of the pastor penetrated deep into my heart and I realized my state without the real God. I also reminisced all the sins that I had committed and asked the Lord to wash me with His precious blood. With a penitent heart I received Jesus as my personal Savior.
Great joy filled my heart that I had longed for many years and I began to trust the Lord for everything. Before long, I underwent water baptism in obedience to the Lord’s command. I then started spending time with the Lord in prayer and Bible reading. As days went by, the burden for the lost inspired me to reach them with His love. When I sought the Lord regarding this, He confirmed me of my calling through His Word. I then enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be well-prepared for fulfilling the Great Commission.
Present Ministry:

I was born into a Hindu family in India. I have parents, four sisters and two brothers. We as a family worshipped several gods and goddesses and faithfully observed all the rituals that were performed by our forefathers. We also visited shrines and temples to offer sacrifices. Yet, our hearts were empty and we had no happiness.
As I grew older, without moral guidance I became a prey to the worldly desires. I gradually joined a group of bad friends and started enjoying myself in all the wrong ways. My parents happened to notice my behavior and warned me to lead a good life. But I never obeyed them and brought them grief always. Yet, I was never satisfied with the things that I involved in and was longing for something meaningful in life.
One day, a pastor happened to meet me personally and shared with me about the Good News of Jesus. In the beginning I did not mind his words since I was a staunch follower of the Hindu faith. But later as he began to explain to me briefly about the Savior, I was deeply touched by his words. I then realized that I was a sinner and need to be washed by the blood of Jesus. As a result I confessed my sins and with a contrite spirit received Jesus as my personal Savior. Immediately, I felt the divine peace filling my heart.
From that day on, I began to attend church and prayer meetings regularly. I then set apart more time in God’s presence, praying and meditating on the Word. Before long, I underwent water baptism in obedience to the Lord’s command. As I began to draw closer to God, the desire to study the Word increased in me. When I sought the Lord regarding this, He confirmed me of my calling for the ministry. I then enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School to be well-trained for the ministry ahead.
Present Ministry:
Presently, I reach out to the lost with the love of Jesus as a Bible woman among the Hindu majority in India. To build the Lord’s kingdom, I hand out Gospel tracts, visit houses and do personal evangelism. I also organize home-prayer meetings and work among the women and poor.
